Quantity: 20,000 Metric tons’ trial shipment with up to 300.000 Metric tons CIF monthly x twelve (12) Months. Price: $320 Gross!

$310 Net per metric ton.

Commission: Seller side $5.00 / Buyer side $5.00.

Standard Banking Procedure (CIF)

1. The buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) addressed to the Seller Refinery, accompanied by the

company profile and buyer's passport.

2. The seller provides the draft SPA for the buyer's review and signature.

3. The seller proceeds to legalize and register the contracts with the insurance company, notarizing them with the appropriate

authorities of the Ministry of Energy.

4. The seller then sends the following PPOP documents to the buyer:

- Product Quality Certificate

- Certificate of Product Origin (issued after loading)

- Product availability

- Commitment letter to supply the product

- [ATSC]

5. Both the seller and buyer are responsible for paying the shipping costs to the shipping company through MT103 as security for the

transaction. These costs will be deducted from the invoice value of the goods at the port of destination.

6. Once the payment for shipping costs is confirmed directly to the shipping company, the seller, at their own expense, charters with a

shipping/logistics company and informs the buyer of the shipment details along with the nominated vessel details.

7. The seller's bank must provide full Proof of Product (POP) to the buyer's bank within seventy-two (72) hours of the buyer's

payment being confirmed by the seller's bank. This includes:

- Copy of the Port Storage Agreement

- Copy of the CPA to transport the product to the discharge port

- Vessel Q88

- Original Bill of Lading (full set)

- Certificate of quality and quantity issued by SGS or a similar report

8. Upon successful confirmation of the product against the SGS/CIQ Report of Quality and Quantity at the destination port, the buyer must
